Ben Marsh – Chief Executive

Ben is responsible for iMeta’s product innovation, growth plans and development of the long term strategic business goals. He has extensive commercial experience and knowledge of wholesale financial markets, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT solutions. Prior to iMeta, Ben was at Reuters where he generated significant revenue growth in software licence and consulting contracts, whilst developing new business growth areas. Previously, at Global Crossing he grew the extranet services business within the financial community, and built a £40m per year outsourcing and managed services business. Nick Canfor – Commercial Director

Nick is the Commercial Director for iMeta. He is responsible for the overview and governance of all the contractual and commercial relationships. Having served iMeta for many years as COO, he has the experience, insight and knowledge of our customer and supplier relationships. Prior to iMeta Nick has successfully delivered challenging IT projects to large organisations in financial services, retail and leisure sectors. These include The AA, Norwich Union, Going Places and Hogg Robinson. He also has extensive experience of creating start-up companies on behalf of leading Life Assurance Companies.

Steve Piper – Chief Operating Officer

As COO Steve is responsible for the day to day running of the business; responsible for Programme Management, Corporate Governance, HR and logistics. With 25 years’ experience within technology and financial services firms, Steve has a strong background in software development. He initially working for a large consultancy before deciding to ride the dot-com bubble in a financial payment start-up. In a previous spell at iMeta, Steve worked as Principal Consultant, successfully delivering to customers including Barclays Capital, Lloyds and Experian. Before deciding to re-join iMeta and strengthen the leadership team, Piper worked as Operations Director in Capita’s financial software business.

George Collier – Sales Director

George is Sales Director for iMeta and is responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy and growth plan for the company. He has extensive experience and knowledge of software sales and sales management within financial services and has a proven track record of delivering high-value, complex technology and managed services solutions to the industry. Prior to joining iMeta George held senior commercial roles at IHS Markit, GoldenSource and Wall Street Systems with responsibilities of expanding the client base and driving new revenue.

James Allderidge – Chief Architect

James is the Chief Architect for iMeta. His role includes: technical management and direction for iMeta’s product development, research and investigation into new technologies associated with our products, overseeing the technical aspects of customer projects, and the provision of support for the development team leaders.

Julie Benson – Test & Implementation Manager

Julie is responsible for the testing function at iMeta and management of the Test Team. This includes the customer handover phase, covering UAT, training and deployment processes.  She is also responsible for the product development of iMeta CLM, iMeta SSI and iMeta KYC products.

Mark Greenway – Project Manager

Mark is responsible for the implementation of projects at iMeta; from initial Tender and RFP stages, through to requirements, implementation and final delivery. This includes team management of multi-disciplined teams, both on and offshore.

Likes: Family life, the faces my daughter Lilly pulls, Man Utd, technology, anything by Apple

Adrian Haken – Project Manager

Adrian is responsible for the successful delivery of projects to our customers. This involves working through all stages of the project lifecycle; covering the initial winning of business, contract negotiation, planning, implementation, delivery, acceptance and go live.  He also manages the planning and delivery of internal product development and process improvements.

James Watson – Support Manager

James is responsible for managing the Support Team and taking responsibility for the Customer Support Service. This role includes; exploring technical issues within our software, helping the team to investigate and solve problems, meeting with customers and ensuring everything is running smoothly. James also manages our internal IT; overseeing day to day internal support and defining the future strategy, to ensure that iMeta is able to deliver a rapid, first class service.

Simon Wildgoose – Senior Support Consultant

Simon is responsible for all aspect of support, ensuring our clients receive a first class service.

Likes: Interacting with our customers and providing excellent support and information
Dislikes: Going home without finishing the job and leaving customers dissatisfied

David Gilbert – Senior Support Consultant

David is responsible for our customers’ technical problems; resolving these problems and working with them to ensure a positive relationship is maintained.

Likes: Tennis, cricket, music (folk, roots and acoustic), psychotherapy
Dislikes: Marmite, poor quality coffee
