Support Manager

James is responsible for managing the Support Team and taking responsibility for the Customer Support Service. This role includes; exploring technical issues within our software, helping the team to investigate and solve problems, meeting with customers and ensuring everything is running smoothly. James also manages our internal IT; overseeing day to day internal support and defining the future strategy, to ensure that iMeta is able to deliver a rapid, first class service.
