iMeta Closes Year of Business Advancement and Client Lifecycle Innovation

Product Innovation

iMeta continues to invest in developing and improving its products. In 2018 iMeta RVM (Relationship Visualisation Manager) was launched; a unique module which enables firms to manage their complex 3rd party relationships, and how these relate to their internal entities. Created as a direct response to growing user demand for complete data transparency on their clients and the differing trading/business relationships they have with them, iMeta RVM facilitates significantly improved risk and operational maintenance across the enterprise. This new visualisation layer means firms can now quickly, and almost seamlessly, consolidate disparate data sources to produce a single view of each customer; providing much deeper insight into the many complex business relationships they are responsible for.

iMeta is always looking to improve its offering. In 2018, following user feedback, a number of rolling enhancements to the platform have been developed, and a new look and feel has been designed for the user interface to improve the experience for customers.

Alliances

In October, LexisNexis Risk Solutions joined forces with iMeta to integrate iMeta’s CLM technology with LexisNexis Risk Solution’s data capabilities – to increase efficiencies for customers and offer a more robust, all-encompassing bank compliance program.

This alliance enables customers to receive robust public records data and ID verification capabilities paired with an integrated platform; to help them optimise and meet their KYC requirements and gain a single source of clean, consolidated data across the enterprise. This provides the opportunity for one-stop-shopping for onboarding consumers and businesses; bringing together all the data sources required to help customers maximise the efficiency of their operational processes, and thus increase the speed in which customers can be served.

Industry Recognition

2018 has been a year of achievements and iMeta is thrilled to have received a number of accolades:

iMeta won the Customer Satisfaction Award in Chartis Research’s RiskTech100 2019. This is the first time they have featured in the report; scoring consistently across Functionality, Core technology and Strategy. In particular, iMeta scored highly for Customer Satisfaction.

iMeta was voted as a RegTech 100 Company 2019 by RegTech Analyst, a specialist research firm. The finalists were recognised for their innovative use of technology to solve a significant industry problem, or to generate cost savings or efficiency improvements across the compliance function.

iMeta was recognised as a Category Leader for KYC Solutions, 2018 in Chartis RiskTech Quadrant; scoring highly for providing advanced vendor capabilities for entity resolution, reporting & dashboarding, KYC risk scores and customer lifecycle management.
