iMeta's proof of concept, leveraging their Assassin application, enables SWIFT to
capture user requirements in an accurate and interactive way.
It is widely recognised throughout the industry that a major cause of trade failure
is incorrect settlement data. In order for trades to settle, data, which comes to
the dealers from multiple sources, must be correct and valid regardless of its format.
In order to facilitate the management of SSI data by brokers, custodians and investment
managers, SWIFT wanted a proof of concept application to support customer requirements
capture.
iMeta was tasked with developing a proof of concept for SWIFT that would enable
them to gather customer feedback about the viability and potential of a new product.
